Birmingham is big, and a cleaner who has to cross it twice a day won't last. So we match by neighbourhood: a domestic cleaner in Birmingham who lives within about three miles of you, whether that's Erdington, Kingstanding, Great Barr or Castle Bromwich today, or Moseley, Kings Heath, Harborne and Hall Green as those areas open.
Short journeys make for reliable cleaners. They're less likely to be late, more likely to fit around school runs, and much more likely to still be cleaning for you in a year.
Plenty of home cleaning services in Birmingham are booking websites that send whoever is free that day. Ours works the other way. We call you within 24 hours to understand your home, introduce a cleaner we've vetted ourselves, and then step back. You and your cleaner agree the day and time between you, and you pay them directly for their hours.
Our part is the vetting, the matching and the follow-up. We call both of you after the first visit, check in again after a month, and find someone new if it isn't working.
A two-hour weekly visit is plenty for most flats and small houses: kitchen, bathroom, floors and dusting. Three hours suits a family semi with a couple of bathrooms. Larger Victorian houses in Moseley or Edgbaston, with high ceilings and more rooms, usually need four hours every week or fortnight.
You supply the products, vacuum and mop by default, so your cleaner uses what you're happy with. If you'd rather they brought their own, agree it with them; it's usually about £2 an hour more.
Here's what happens once you fill in the form. We call you within 24 hours, at a time that suits you, and ask about your home: how many bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, how you get in, what matters most to you and what you'd rather they left alone. Within about 72 hours we introduce a cleaner who lives near you, by text to both of you, with first names and the agreed hours and rate.
You and your cleaner arrange the first visit directly. The day after, we call you both to check it went well. A month in, we text you both again. If anything isn't right at any point, tell us and we'll sort it. If it can't be sorted, we introduce someone new within 7 days and pause our fee while you wait.

No. They're self-employed, and you pay them directly for their hours. We charge a separate monthly fee for finding, vetting and, if needed, replacing them.
You and your cleaner arrange that between you, the same as with any regular cleaner. If they stop being able to clean for you, we introduce a replacement within 7 days.
