Domestic cleaners in Tamworth, close to home
Tamworth is close enough to Sutton Coldfield to sit in our first hub, but we still match locally. Your cleaner lives within about three miles of you, whether you're near the castle and town centre, in Wilnecote, Glascote, Amington or Belgrave, or out at Fazeley, Hopwas or Polesworth.
That short journey is what makes a regular cleaner reliable: on time, flexible around your week, and still with you months later.
How it works
Fill in the form and we'll call you within 24 hours to understand your home: hours, days, pets, keys and anything else that matters. We introduce a cleaner we've vetted ourselves, with a basic DBS check, a right-to-work check, two phoned references, proof of address and a paid trial clean. You agree your regular day with them and pay them directly for their hours.
Our small monthly fee covers the vetting, the matching and the follow-up. If it ever isn't working, we introduce someone new within 7 days and pause our fee in between.
How many hours you'll need
Two hours a week keeps a flat or small house on top. Three hours suits most family homes on Tamworth's newer estates, with two bathrooms and a busy kitchen. Larger houses, or homes with pets, usually need four hours weekly or fortnightly. You supply products and equipment by default, so you choose what's used.
Your first month with a Tamworth cleaner
Within about 72 hours of the first call, we introduce your cleaner by text to both of you, with first names and the agreed hours and rate. You arrange the first visit directly. The day after, we call you both to check it went well, and a month in we check again. If anything isn't right, tell us. If it can't be fixed, we introduce someone new within 7 days and pause our fee in between.
Most clients give their cleaner a key or a key-safe code after the first couple of visits; that's between you and them, and we never hold keys for regular cleaning. Put pets, alarm codes and parking in the notes. Plenty of Tamworth households commute down the A38 or the M42 to Birmingham and Solihull; tell us when you're out and we'll match a cleaner who can come then.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly
Weekly visits keep a busy family home on top. Fortnightly suits couples and smaller homes, with a slightly longer visit to catch up. Monthly works for a deeper going-over between your own cleaning. Whichever you choose, it's the same cleaner each time, and you can change the pattern with them as life changes.

Cleaner in Tamworth: questions
How much does a cleaner in Tamworth cost?
From £19 an hour all in, including our fee. Two hours a week is £38 a visit. The minimum visit is two hours.
Which parts of Tamworth do you cover?
B77, B78 and B79, including the town centre, Wilnecote, Glascote, Amington, Belgrave, Fazeley, Hopwas and Polesworth.
Do you do end of tenancy cleaning in Tamworth?
Not yet. We're introducing regular cleaners in Tamworth now, and end of tenancy cleaning will follow.
Are your cleaners employed by you?
No. They're self-employed and you pay them directly for their hours. We charge a separate monthly fee for finding, vetting and, if needed, replacing them.
Can my cleaner do the ironing?
Many cleaners are happy to, if it's agreed with them and there's time in the visit. Two hours of cleaning plus an hour of ironing is a common Tamworth pattern. Mention it on the form so we can match you with a cleaner who's happy to do it.
