Days that suit you (optional)

We call you to talk it through.

No payment now. We'll call you before anything is agreed.

If you've been searching for cleaning services near me and finding national booking sites, this is the local alternative. We find a DBS-checked cleaner who lives near you, introduce you, and replace them within 7 days if it isn't working.

How the money works

We find and vet your cleaner. You pay them directly for their hours at the agreed rate. You pay us a small monthly fee for matching, vetting and replacement. All in, that's from £19 an hour.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need

Hours, how often, which days, and anything we should know. We call you within 24 hours to talk it through.

  2. Meet your cleaner

We introduce a vetted cleaner who lives within about three miles, usually within 72 hours. You agree the first visit directly.

  3. Keep them, or we replace them

Same cleaner every visit. If it ever stops working, tell us and we introduce someone new within 7 days. Our fee pauses in between.

Home cleaners near me, not a call centre

Most people find us after searching for a house cleaner near me, home cleaning services near me or a cleaning company near me, and finding booking websites that send whoever is free that day. We're a local cleaning agency that does it the other way round.

We match you with one residential cleaner who lives near you, and you keep them. A real person answers the phone, the same cleaner comes each time, and if it isn't working we find someone new within a week.

Cleaning agency or cleaning company?

A cleaning company employs or subcontracts cleaners and sends a rota. A cleaning agency like ours vets and introduces one self-employed cleaner, who you pay directly. It usually means a better-paid cleaner who stays longer, and a lower total cost for you.

Domestic cleaners we'd trust in our own homes

Nobody is introduced to you until they have passed every step:

  • Basic DBS check
  • Right-to-work check, with documents seen
  • Two references, phoned by us
  • Proof of address and a bank account in their own name
  • A paid trial clean, inspected against our checklist

Our cleaners are self-employed. They set their own way of working; we make sure they're who they say they are and that they're good at it.

Regular cleaning: your questions

How does it work?

Tell us about your home and when you'd like a cleaner. We call you within 24 hours, then introduce a vetted cleaner who lives within about three miles, usually within 72 hours. You agree the first visit directly with them.

Who employs the cleaner?

Nobody. Our cleaners are self-employed. You pay your cleaner directly for their hours at the rate agreed at the introduction. You pay us a separate monthly fee for finding, vetting and, if needed, replacing them. We set this out in writing before you start.

How much does a cleaner cost?

From £19 an hour all in. That's the cleaner's rate plus our fee, and nothing else. A two-hour weekly visit starts at £38. The minimum visit is two hours.

How do you vet cleaners?

Basic DBS check, right-to-work check, two references we phone ourselves, proof of address, and a paid trial clean inspected against our checklist. Only then do we introduce them to anyone.

What if it isn't working out?

Tell us and we'll introduce someone else within 7 days. While you have no cleaner, our fee is paused.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Yes, by default. Your products, vacuum and mop. If you'd rather your cleaner brought their own, that's usually £2 an hour more, agreed with them.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Yes. The point of a regular cleaner is that they get to know your home. You and your cleaner agree the day and time between you.

Do you clean if I have pets?

Yes. Tell us about them on the form so we can match you with a cleaner who's happy with dogs or cats.
