Coventry has two big universities and a lot of shared houses. Coventry University students mostly live in and around the city centre and the streets just off the ring road; University of Warwick students are spread across Canley, Tile Hill, Earlsdon and Cannon Park, and out towards Leamington. Most of those houses change hands in June and July, all at once.
If you're in a shared house, one booking covers the whole property. Agree between you who books and how the cost is split, and give us the date of the landlord's or agent's inspection so we finish before it. Clear out food, rubbish and anything left in the bedrooms first. We clean around anything left behind, but we can't take it away.
