For Black Country letting agents
Most of our Black Country work comes through letting agents, so we've built the service around what a branch needs. A trade account means keys collected from the branch and returned the same day, with every handover logged and photographed. You get next-working-day availability when you book by 2pm, a photo report in your inbox within two hours of the clean, and invoices sent to the branch or straight to the landlord. A monthly statement arrives on the 1st.

Walsall, Aldridge, Bloxwich and Brownhills
Walsall is part of our first hub, so we're booking now across WS1 to WS9: the town centre, Bloxwich, Pelsall, Rushall, Aldridge, Streetly, Brownhills and Walsall Wood. The housing is mostly terraces and post-war semis, with newer estates around Aldridge and Brownhills. Our Walsall cleaners live locally, which keeps start times reliable.
Dudley, Stourbridge and Halesowen
Dudley borough covers a lot of different places: Dudley town itself, Sedgley and the Gornals, Brierley Hill, Kingswinford, Stourbridge, Lye and Halesowen. Stourbridge and Kingswinford have more large family lets; Brierley Hill and the town centres have more flats. We'll open Dudley once we have enough local cleaners to keep same-week bookings normal.
Sandwell: West Bromwich, Oldbury and Smethwick
Sandwell's rented homes are mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Smethwick, Oldbury and West Bromwich, plus newer flats near the town centres. Terraces have more doors, skirting and original features to clean, which our checklist covers room by room. Sandwell opens alongside Dudley.
Before we arrive: getting a Black Country property ready
Whether it's a Walsall terrace or a Stourbridge semi, the same few things make the difference between a clean that passes and one that doesn't. Keep the electricity and water on until we've finished, because we need lights, hot water and a working oven fan. Clear everything out first, including food in the fridge and freezer and anything in the loft hatch or under the stairs; anything left behind can be charged for, and we can't take it away.
Defrost the freezer the night before if you can, and leave the fridge door open. If there's parking outside, great. If not, tell us where the nearest space is, especially on the tight terraced streets in Smethwick and Oldbury, so the clean starts on time.
When to book
Walsall bookings usually go within the week, and often the next working day for agents who book by 2pm. Late June to August is the busiest time across the whole West Midlands, because that's when most tenancies and student lets end. If you know your move-out date, book as soon as you have it: the price is fixed when you book, and you can move the date if your plans change.

Do you remove rubbish left by tenants?
No. We don't hold a waste carrier licence, so we photograph what's been left and tell you or the agent before we start, and clean around it.
